Refund & Return Policy
At Altxen, quality and satisfaction are our top priorities. Since our corporate gifting products are often personalized or customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

Damaged or defective items upon delivery

Incorrect products delivered (wrong item, wrong customization)

All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with errors made on our end.
Refunds

Upon inspection and approval of a valid return, a full or partial refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or credited to the client's business account, as preferred.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production/customization hasn't begun.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for custom orders.
Replacements

For damaged or incorrect products, we offer free replacements within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

Shipping costs for replacement items (if applicable) will be borne by Altxen.
