Refund & Return Policy

At Altxen, quality and satisfaction are our top priorities. Since our corporate gifting products are often personalized or customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of:

    • Damaged or defective items upon delivery

    • Incorrect products delivered (wrong item, wrong customization)

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with errors made on our end.

Refunds

  • Upon inspection and approval of a valid return, a full or partial refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or credited to the client's business account, as preferred.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production/customization hasn't begun.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for custom orders.

Replacements

  • For damaged or incorrect products, we offer free replacements within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

  • Shipping costs for replacement items (if applicable) will be borne by Altxen.
